Brother and sister fighting, sibling rivalry

Sometimes sibling relationships can erupt into nasty 'slanging matches' or full blown fights.  When this happens, it's not something parents can, or should ignore as children can get hurt - emotionally and sometimes physically.

Children need support to manage the big, powerful feelings that arise when conflict occurs, and they also need to learn the skills to help them reduce and diffuse it.

In today's video, the last on the subject of sibling rivalry and conflict, I share some tips on what to do when fights between siblings get out of hand and ways to help your children develop conflict resolution skills.

I hope you find it helpful.

Warmest wishes
