Welcome to the second installment in our mini-series on supporting children through change. This week I’m focusing on the introduction of new siblings.

Whether it's a newborn, a step-sibling, or an adopted sibling, the arrival can evoke a range of emotions impacting your child's behavior.

In addition to positive feelings like happiness and excitement, they might grapple with challenging emotions such as jealousy, anger, anxiety, and sadness.

In today's video, I provide tips to proactively address or minimize these emotions and guide your child in coping when they arise.

I hope you find it helpful.

Warmest wishes
