Are you worried that your child isn't spending enough time in nature? Perhaps even to the extent that they may have what some experts call 'Nature Deficit Disorder'?

Time in nature can have huge benefits for your child's mental health and can significantly reduce their stress levels, which in turn helps them to managing big feelings. So today's video is all about how to encourage your child to spend more time outside in nature or, if this isn't possible, how to bring nature inside so they can still reap the benefits.

I hope it gives you some inspiration - I'd love to hear how you get on!

Warmest wishes
