This week I am sharing a post from the blog archive on the subject of sleep, as I know many children, particularly those who are anxious, struggle to get to sleep or stay asleep.  I also know that many parents can have the same issues, especially if they are worrying about anything or feeling overwhelmed or stressed.  

 

Getting good quality sleep is so important for our mental health, and children who are well rested will feel more energetic and resilient, and cope more easily with life’s challenges.  

 

So in this video I share my top tips for a good night's sleep, and next week I will follow this up by sharing some breathing exercises that are excellent for inducing sleep.
