If you’ve been following me for a while, you will know that I am always eager to provide you with valuable tips and tools to enhance your child's well-being.

This week, I am delighted to share three simple yet powerful breathing techniques that will help your child fall asleep with ease. These can be used in conjunction with the ideas I shared in last week's video.

Sleep is a crucial aspect of a child's physical and emotional development. However, we know that bedtime struggles can be a real challenge for both children and parents alike.

The techniques I share in today’s video will offer a calming and soothing way to settle your child into a peaceful state, promoting better sleep quality and overall emotional balance.

Before you watch the video, I just want to take a moment to explain why breath is so essential in supporting relaxation and sleep. Breathing is an automatic bodily function, but with conscious control, we can harness its power to influence our mental and physical state.

Deep, rhythmic breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, also known as the "rest and digest" mode. This response counters the effects of stress and anxiety, making it the perfect ally for a tranquil bedtime routine.

It’s hard to believe that something so simple as breathing in a particular way could really improve your child’s ability to fall asleep, but I promise you these techniques work like magic!

Warmest wishes
